The T20I series between India and Zimbabwe is set to begin from Saturday. For this T20I series, Team India has already announced Shubman Gill as the captain.
Ahead of the 5-match T20I series against Zimbabwe, Team India's appointed captain Shubman Gill addressed the pre-match press conference.
During the press conference, Shubman Gill said:
"Every player has their own dreams and works hard to achieve them. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have achieved their goals. As a player, I also have certain goals which I aim to achieve, so there is pressure on me too. When you aim to reach a position that someone has already achieved, there is pressure to achieve it."
